We offer salami made of reindeer, moose and whale, as well as the very traditional dried fish snack.

Cloudberries are a “must-try” when you are in the Arcitc — because you can only get them here! The berries are very exclusive, and are called “the gold of the norwegian forest” because of how hard they can be to find. The best spots are typically kept secret within families for generations. Try mixing the jam with whipped cream for a typical Norwegian dessert.
